Where I live in south-western Ontario we have no functioning water system. This has been the case for years. We have to boil water at times. The lakefront road to Blenheim has fallen into Lake Erie and nothing is being done at all to repair this. Wheatley had a big gas explosion, governments spent millions paying contactors and 'advisors'. We got a gravel parking lot.

Most of the back roads here are not paved. There is no municipal office or services. There is no provincial or federal government offices. And yet this is Canada's Sun Parlour!

The catfight between Castreau and the Twitchy Midget was due to their silly little GST tax holiday and the $250 gift to select Canadians. The tariffs had not been introduced yet. It’s kind of crazy that TM had a moment of budgetary clarity, no matter how hypocritical it was.
And yes, the tariffs have thrown the political and media class into a manic mania of phony, propagandized patriotism. BARF! It’s the Covid play book 2.0.
Excuse me while I sit this out, except to point out their hypocrisy on Twitter daily, with all the rest of the meme patrol.
This country has a class of people programmed to panic at the wave of the media. Sad.
