The Globe stories are based on a half-baked account by possibly the same CSIS source(s) who had flogged it first to Cooper and then onto Fife & Chase. People are swallowing everything they say, hook, line and sinker, including you.

The Canadian media keep recycling the desperate story of Kenny Chiu, a Conservative MP who lost his seat in Richmond city, as "evidence" of CCP interference. It's a load of rubbish.

What difference would it make whichever party held power? Plus, there is such a lack of specifics here. That is, the stuff that might be subject examination. Heaven forbid.

Trudeau's vilification of the truckers is a dead weight on his power. It was so plainly a bald attempt to force and contain public opinion. It was too little and too late for his purpose. In the end, he didn't have the balls to use lethal force and mass arrests. He faced the risk that some police might not obey. Now, public opinion has sunk in against him. After all the intimidation and sanction applied against them, the public defied the government to an unprecedented degree. Now, the elites have to fear this can and will happen again.

If the economy goes tits up and/or Russian tanks approach Berlin, the whole fragile body politic will sunder appart. Good, good. Very good.

Oh, and be sure to piss everybody off with the offensive transgender/eugenics/diversity crap. That'll make folks surely more ready to bow down and eat crap.
