I share your skeptism. I see far too few people exhibiting enough curiosity. But I hope I’m wrong. I think the next election will give us at least part of an answer. People can vote for woke or something else, is really a good general summary of what will happen…. I wish I had more faith in the American electorate. But many people seem to be exhibiting the titanic syndrome, “The band is still play all must be well.”

I REALLY want to share in your optimism… but I have yet to see enough signs, and more importantly critical mass, coming even close to the tide turning.

And of course, like your opening statement says, “…how much damage will it do to the rest of us before it collapses…”
