I wouldn't say they could co-opt ETH (or any other evm supported chain), But they can deff co opt the financiers of a lot of the centralized L2's (who were early eth supporters and still are) and app chain BS.
Eth l1 dev is pretty much dead because they think l2's are their growth strategy and will not move away from MEV and are pretty much doing things that only support those centralized l2's
Yep, those words written on paper are a huge roadblock for the people who are allowing an invasion of third world criminals, operating the worlds largest human trafficking ring, mandatory vaccines, selective business closures, arresting political opponents, illegal voting procedure changes etc. etc. etc. the Constitution. Gimme a break.
The Constitution of the United States is the document that prevents the federal government from doing all of the awful things it does.
